Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
International Shipping
We currently ship in Lebanon.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
